Over the last six years, he has built up a diverse range of teaching experience as both an instrumental teacher and ensemble conductor as part of school programs, including his work with IWIM since 2020. Currently, Andrew works as a High School Music teacher after completing a Masters of Teaching (Secondary) in 2022 and is also an active performer and accompanist.

Andrew delights in seeing his students succeed and believes in encouraging the musicality of each student, striving to create a student centred and fun learning environment.
