Vocal & Piano Teacher
Angelina Pona is a jazz, R&B, pop singer who has been singing for 12 years. She achieved a band 6 in Music in her HSC and is currently in her 2nd year of her Jazz Vocal Performance degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music .
She has performed for major events such the Sydney Blackmore Marathon, NSW Government building openings and corporate events. You can also catch her singing jazz in pubs and bars in the Inner West.
Angelina has a passion for teaching and a natural ability to develop excellent rapport with all her students. She believes a great singer requires a good balance of technique and performance skills, and a good understanding of the story behind each song. She makes learning fun, but in a structured environment. She has a great understanding of music genres and is always encouraging of her students to discover these.
