Piano & Cello Teacher
Cadence Ing has been playing the piano since she was four and the cello since she was five, developing a love for music at an early age. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Music (Performance) at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. During her time playing both cello and piano, she has been exposed to many different musical genres such as classical, jazz, modern, and popular music.
Cadence received her CMusA in 2020. She is currently playing cello in The Sydney Youth Orchestra, which she has toured with to the UK, and has been a member of the SYO program for over 10 years. She graduated from Fort Street High School in 2022, where she received multiple awards for music and was greatly involved in their music program. During her HSC, she also received Encore nominations in both Performance and Composition for Music.
As well as being a passionate performer, Cadence has been teaching music since 2019. She wishes to share her joy for music with all her students, encouraging their creativity and developing their playing skills so they can flourish in the arts.
