Diana Trajkovski

Diana Trajkovski fell in love with the music at the age of three, her early source of inspiration was in the family home, where her father, a musician would rehearse his band. This exposed Diana to a life in which music played a prominent part of her upbringing.

Destined to take music in a more professional level, Diana began to undertake formal Piano and Percussion study in Secondary College of Musicwhere she was awarded the Special First Prize for Percussion by the Academy of Music in Skopje.

In 2006, Diana completed her Bachelor of Music Performance degree in Percussion at the Victorian College of The Arts and in 2007 she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Music Performance at the Victorian College of The Arts in Melbourne, she was member of the VCA Symphony Orchestra and part of the opening ceremony the All Star World Percussion Spectacular for the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in 2006, and also for the closing ceremony at the MCG Stadium in Melbourne as a member of John Farnham’s Percussion Band. She was awarded a Second Prize in Percussion at the Australian Percussion Eisteddfod in Sydney 2007.

Diana is currently living in Sydney, where she teaches Percussion, Drums and Piano in Government Schools and privately, she also has Accreditation as a teacher of Percussion, Drums and Pianoby the Teachers Association of NSW and currently she is completing her Master of Teaching Music (Secondary).

Diana is expert in all Percussion instruments and has a large range of knowledge for all types of music.
