Jessie Zhang has been playing piano since she was 5 years old and took on flute at the age of 12. She now currently studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music – Bachelor of Music (Education)

She has done AMEB in both flute and piano reaching AMUS level on piano. She attended OLMC Parramatta where she participated in many ensembles such as: College orchestra, Concert band, percussion ensemble and the senior flute ensemble which she ran and formed.

She has achieved many awards for her contribution to Music such as the Martha and Wilf Roger Memorial Award for Piano Theory and Excellence and the Robert Beazley Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music.

Jessie’s passion for music, allowing her to teach the younger generation in both technique and musical expressions allowing students to have a better understanding of their instrument.
